Will U Be With Me is an online platform that allows users to create personalized romantic proposal pages. Our Service includes:

Creation of customizable proposal and response pages
Hosting of created pages for a specified duration
Photo upload and storage capabilities
Custom URL generation

3. User Accounts and Content

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when creating your page
Ensuring you have the right to use any photos or content you upload
Not uploading inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
Not using the Service for harassment or any unlawful purpose

4. Pricing and Payment

Our Service offers different pricing tiers:

Basic: €4.99 - Includes proposal page, illustrations, hosted for 30 days
Photo+: €9.99 - Includes custom photos, hosted for 1 year
Music: €14.99 - Includes all features plus background music, hosted for 1 year

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes.

5. Hosting Duration

Pages are hosted for the duration specified in your chosen plan (30 days or 1 year). After this period, pages may be deleted without notice. We do not guarantee perpetual hosting.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SummerVibes a license to display and host this content as part of the Service. The Service design, code, and branding remain the property of SummerVibes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Harass, abuse, or harm another person
Upload content you don't have rights to
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any romantic outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

SummerVibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
