Will U Be With Me provides digital services (personalized web pages). Once your page is created and published, the service has been delivered. Due to the digital nature of our product, we have specific refund conditions outlined below.

- Your page has not been shared with the recipient yet
- There is a technical issue that prevents your page from working properly and we cannot fix it
- You were charged multiple times by error
3. Partial Refund or Credit
We may offer a partial refund or store credit if:
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase
- There are issues with specific features (photos not displaying, etc.) that we cannot resolve
- The service was significantly different from what was advertised
4. No Refund Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The page was successfully created and shared
- The recipient said "no" (we can't guarantee romantic outcomes! 😅)
- You simply changed your mind after the page was created
- You provided incorrect information (wrong name, spelling errors you didn't catch)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your email address used for purchase
- Include your page URL (willubewith.me/your-name)
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will respond within 48 hours (business days).
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- In the original currency (EUR)
7. Page Deletion
If a refund is granted, we reserve the right to delete the associated page and all uploaded content.
